Great customer service from reception and for breakfast. Good selection from continental breakfast and excellent triple shot mocha from barista. Bonus was a comfortable bed and good sleep.

Broken tiles in shower.
Only the one lift working, and from comments this had been out of action for some weeks. One lift caused congestion at peak times.
