The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. It rained most of my stay there and the room was litterally leaking with water from the rain. I contacted staff and they ame to mop it up ans placed bucket under the leaking area. The wooden floor had air bubble undernathe and would making a creaking noise with every step.
