The room was spacious

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.

I had a disappointing experience at checkout. I was promised several credits when checking in but at check out I was told it was a mistake and they would not honor the credits. Thats after we had already charged the food and drinks to our room assuming we would get credited. Person at check out was rude and unwilling to help. Other than that the hotel was OK

Absolutely love the upgrades the Venetian has invested in its renovations... the food hall that has close company, pizza, the sandwich place, howlin' rays & that place with the rooster were all amazing. It was so easy to go down from our room and find something amazing to eat. Also loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room with a view of the sphere.
