Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.

Like Staff very responsive and gomout of their way.
Spa area no lounge chair and should have basket for used towels. Staff was saying to me that i have towels lying around when i was just about to fold the used towels but i shouldnt .. there should be a container for the used towels
