Minna Island Romantic Vacations

We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!

Extremely clean and a wonderful second stay

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

Overall the place is very nice but there are far too many ‘rules’ that make relaxation a task. The main centre pool is only open to guests who are prepared to pay extra for it and some of the bars and restaurants have very odd operating hours.

Amazing property and grounds. Rooms are well designed and almost all of them are positioned a stones throw from the beach so the views are incredible. Food from the Olu grill/banta cafe is very good albeit quite expensive when compared with restaurants elsewhere in the island. Breakfast from the onsite restaurant was very good but again quite expensive. Staff were all excellent and very attentive - did have a few issues communicating more complex requests in English but still very accommodating for foreign guests with a generally high level of English and translations of key information available. Only clear downside is its location - you definitely need to have a car unless you intend to stay at the hotel the entire time. There are no local shops or restaurants that are within walking distance and many of the restaurants particularly close around 8/8:30. Overall a very nice hotel well worth the price.

From the moment you walk in to the self checkout you are greeted with calming music and a nice aromatherapy. The decor is amazing and the room was so spacious. It is just a short 5 minute all to the beach and American Village. My only complaint is it can get a little noisy outside at night. The check-in check out process is smooth and easy. My friends had a minor issue and it was resolved very quickly
