Above and beyond, the staff is very helpful for your stay. They do the extra length for your safety and accomodation concerns. The roof top is amazing, with awesome views, a pool and dining area. Our room was much more than expected. Very large and especially bright and comfortable.The breakfast had many options for anyone's taste. Also, a huge thank you and bonus with Maroua Hentati, Client services. She is well-mannered, charming and listens with a keen interest of our opinions. She made us feel at home and she is a great inspiration for this high class hotel of Casablanca. Actually, she represents every essence of the moroccan "vibe and feel". As a 5-star hotel, there are lots of improvements needed in this hotel. The room we stayed has strong paint smell. The wash sinks are easily clogged. The water temperature of shower faucet is so difficult to adjust, it’s either burning hot or too cold. It can’t stay at warm level. We reserve the stay in the hotel for a friend's wedding held in the same hotel. All the guests suppose to receive welcome basket but nothing was delivered to our room.

Good for the prices. Reception needs to be honest I gave her cash for taxes but she didn’t give me change until I asked her. Didn’t tried their breakfast because it cost us about $40 for 4 guests so we went to high end restaurant and had fantastic breakfast for $30 so it’s not worth it. Hotel was OK

Sofitel, price in comparison to the UK and UAE Room was very dirty, carpets, sofa were stained and very old. Room smelt damp and dirty. Room service was very prompt, but they literally gave you what you asked for. Change tea cups, they sent 1, asked for teaspoons, they sent 1, asked for slippers, sent 1. Bathrooms were so old. Ceiling near entrance door to the room crumbled every time you opened the doors. The hotel supposedly is going through a renovation! I didn’t see this. I was glad to return home
