It was a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Very traditional, look with many amenities and great restaurant. The views from the room of Lake Lugano were breathtaking. I would strongly suggest this hotel if you’re staying in Lugano.

Good staff and good bed but heating too hot and we couldnt adjust it, ended up having the window open a bit to regulate the temperature though it was freezing outside.
