Cozy hotel

fantastic hotel, cozy room, helpful receptionist and technician as the room door couldn't lock properly. many nice restaurants nearby and close to tram station.

Definitely not a 5star hotel

I booked the privilege room online, but when I arrived, the room offered to me is quite different with the pictures showed in the website. I doubt they gave me a basic room instead but when I asked them in the reception, no one sloved my question. One guy only ask me whether I need to call the manager, ...
