We enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the bar with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great. It’s right next to the monorail station with a convenience store on the ground floor.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Hakata Station. The location is very convenient and the kitchen was really useful for cooking simple meals. The WiFi was unreliable and completely cut out for several days. The staff responded very quickly whenever I contacted them and fixed the issue promptly the first time. However, the problem returned just one day later, and I got tired of reporting it again, so I switched to my mobile data. The room was generally clean, though I noticed some stains on the kitchen wall and dust on top of the refrigerator. It would also help if clearer check-in instructions were provided beforehand, as I wasn’t expecting an extra payment upon arrival. Despite these small issues, I enjoyed my stay there.
