Estuvimos por 5 días y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Nuestro mayordomo Nilson y Ray nos hicieron tener unos días inolvidables, son demasiado atentos a los detalles. Gracias. Volveríamos y recomendamos este hotel. Lo único que debería mejorar es el servicio del personal en el grill en la playa. Gracias a todo el personal y en especial a Nilson que sobrepasó en atención con nosotros.

Property is beautiful and well maintained , room are spacious and well designed . Staff is friendly Some of the event planning and information can be improved. I will not consider this resort kid friendly , there are no activities for kids of any ages Food quality is not bad but lacks options ... Buffet was mostly the same food every day Travelled with 10 people and booked 3 rooms , made a request a month in advance to have rooms together but was only able to get 2 of the rooms together, not great when traveling with older people and kids ... Resort Credits from Expedia are not handled properly and can be a headache to resolve ... Overall a pleasant experience but could be much better

The staff and chef were incredibly helpful. They assisted us with scheduling and respected our dietary restrictions, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
