Clean room! Excellent staff!

This apartment hotel looked pretty new or newly renovated. Our apartment was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was excellent with strong, even pressure. Outside of the apartment, I just wished they had an espresso machine instead of just regular coffee. It was a pretty far walk to get to a Starbucks or a coffee shop. The place is close to convenience stores and a fairly short walk to restaurants. Easy to get around Ginza area and to the train station. Though we also used Uber a few times. The front desk staff are fairly nice and courteous though they could be more enthusiastic and look more like they like their jobs. I just wish the room with an open view was available when we booked as our apartment window only had a view of the building wall next to ours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would probably stay here again.

Loved the steak restaurant

The room was bright, spacious, and kept perfectly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room offered a stunning view of Tokyo Tower, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was not only delicious but also a delightful start to each day. Getting around was a breeze with easy transportation options. I truly wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy it all.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo. It’s also a great area for reaching restaurants and attractions by foot.
