We loved our stay here so much we ended up extending by two days. The beds and bedding are SO comfortable. They have "green" incentives where if you don't have housekeeping change out your bedsheets one day they will leave you a free drink coupon for their upstairs bar by the pool. The breakfast buffet (costs extra) was also amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok!

Very nice and comfortable. Extremely helpful and professional staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The only real complaints were extremely small elevators and half of them were being used as freight ones for the remodeling work at the hotel; and the pool was insufficiently chlorinated—it wasn’t 15 ppm! My daughters are varsity swimmers and they know a chlorinated pool!

Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Staff superb and very helpful. There is very little to do there however, lacks ambience during the day and unless you take the boat out you feel a little stuck there for something to do. The pool has few sun-beds and where it is located everyone is constantly walking past you so not relaxing at all for us. Our balcony also was inaccessible as it was locked. The hotel said river view but only just!

Nice place for short visit. Nice pool, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. Nothing much nearby off the resort grounds however. . You are a bit landlocked. Long & not easy walk to one nearby 7/11. There is small shop on site with amenities & water etc & a Starbucks in lobby.....helpful. Shuttle to airport was nice.

The hotel looks very nice, situated just next to the train station. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. Worth more than what I paid off. Staffs are so friendly. The room and dining area were so nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay in here again as well as trying other branches managed by UHG
