"What an incredible service! Andrea, the concierge, was amazing in helping us with transportation in Venice. "The hotel is fantastic. The exterior of the property is just amazing with great bars to sit and drink. The roof top bar is just a great additional to watch the sunrise. Couple of things that dont make it 5 star. I dont mind the bathroom being glass but please dont do that to the toilet too. Not ideal ..."
