Room was clean and staff was very nice. We booked this apartment for the laundry, but i should mention the dryer took over 3 hours to dry 1 load. It is very tight for four people, I thought the futons would be ok for my teens, but the space was very cramped and the bathroom is small. Definitely suggest two rooms if you have older children. But very clean!

This was an ideal apartment for a family of 4. It is a good size, all amenities are included (eg washing machine/dryer, kitchenette, fridge, freezer, microwave wave, Toaster, rice cooker all included in the room). Staff were super helpful. Lots of public transport options nearby made getting around super easy. Would stay again and wholeheartedly recommended to anyone.

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, an iconic hotel in the clouds with skyline views and a Japanese garden that is exceptional in every way — a calm, elegant place in the heart of the city. The gardens are breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is genuinely world-class.
