卡卡萊島浪漫假期

Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! An other is I arrived very late they gave me a very very dirty room . I asked housekeeper came to clean it took 1 hours, but still the bed is dirty ! I will never come back !

Peaceful friendly atmosphere. Construction was going on near rooms in to the evening, Rooms were comfortable yet a bit dated.

the room is old，too many mosquitoes inside. the manager of the buffet restaurant is not friendly.

The Kids Club staff were amazing! Silo and Izzy were amazing, they are so friendly, attentive, and full of energy, they kept the kids entertained with fun and creative activities every day! Highly recommend!

冷氣壞掉，半夜一點多，修理到快半夜2點，等待修理，無法睡覺
