Inspire Entertainment Resort Pet-friendly Vacations

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

The breakfast was certainly a highlight of my stay, offering an extravagant buffet with a wide variety of hot, cold, and other options, including live stations for noodles and omelets. I truly enjoyed my time here. While the room was a bit compact for my extra-large suitcases, we managed quite well. Complimentary water was provided daily, and the restroom facilities were perfect, especially with the seated toilet, which I believe guests from Western countries would particularly appreciate. We were at 31st floor with amazing view.

Nice, clean hotel, short walk fromJuan station, on a bit steep inclibe, so be ready! Friendly staff, especially the manager - helpful & approachable, always smiling.

This is not a 5 star property. The in-room amenities are poor- only one chair; we had to ask for more hangers; the towels have definitely seen better days! We arrived early for check in and were told that we could have a nicer room if we waited until 3 pm. We happily agreed, but when we returned at 4 pm we were told that the only room they could offer us was one floor above the one available at 11 am and was no better! The check in assistant was dour and unhelpful. The rest of the front of house were enthusiastic and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel. Additionally, if you are a tourist, it is not well suited for any of the main attractions.

I was disappointed with this hotel and don't feel it lives up to its advertised 5-star rating. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly. A member of staff came to try and fix it, which improved it only slightly. To the hotel's credit, they did provide us with a fan, but this isn't what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The room itself showed signs of poor maintenance. The towels were very thin, frayed around the edges, and had started to grey with age. The bathroom sink tap was loose, and there was missing grout in the shower, giving the room a tired and neglected feel. The swimming pool reservation system is also extremely frustrating. Having to book a time slot makes it difficult to plan your day, especially when reservations fill up. I also don't understand why the rooftop pool area is restricted to guests aged 19 and over, which limits access for families. The rooftop terrace itself has great potential and offers lovely views, but when we visited it was completely empty and lacked any atmosphere. It felt like a missed opportunity for what could have been one of the hotel's best features. Overall, while the staff were polite and did try to help when issues were raised, the overall standard of the facilities and maintenance falls well short of what I would expect from a genuine 5-star hotel.
