"Very good hotel well placed (currently refurbishing the local tramlines, so likely to improve soon). Really friendly and helpful staff in all depts, excellent breakfast, spacious bedrooms. Very minor points, room curtains hard to draw, sink needed new plug, no complimentary water bottles in room ..."

Lovely stay
"It was a lovely stay but I wish they had a kettle and tea/coffee available in the room instead of going from the top floor to bottom and then using cardboard cups, not the safest for hot water spills. It’s nice to have a hot drink before bed. Loved the ladies only sauna and the breakfast was excellent. ..."

"I traveled with my daughter and the room was very comfortable. The beds were very nice and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options for my celiac daughter. Metro, tram and bus stops were just a five minute walk away and there is a 24 hour supermarket also about 5 minutes away ..."
