Everything at this hotel was wonderful from the friendly staff (especially Sam) to the lovely room, great breakfast and location near restaurants

We loved our stay here. The Inn was fabulous. Jake was so helpful and delightful. He was able to answer all our questions and steered us to great restaurants and things to do in Charlottetown. What a great place! We will be back!

This is not a four star hotel in my opinion. It’s alright but I found the lobby sparse. Needed a good vacuum as so many leaves tracked in. Room was ok but overall ambience not great. Hallways seemed like I was in a motel. However good location and easy to walk to restaurants.

Such a lovely stay! Clean room and kind customer service. The location was centrally located and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. 10/10 recommend.
