地理位置極佳，但設備殘舊，隔音非常差，正門長期有一堆雜物，從外面看以為已結業。客房各樓層不能直達酒店吸煙區，要到大堂轉換電梯才可到達，非常不方便。

It was in a quiet neighborhood but with a few minutes walk you can get to many local restaurant. I especially want to thank Clara for her service. She helped us early check in to our room which was fantastic!!

I stayed at Nine Tree 2 Myeongdong Hotel for a few nights. The main issues were the weak shower water pressure — it was really hard to rinse off properly — and the air conditioner, which just wasn’t cold enough, especially on warmer days. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive when I needed help. When I asked to borrow a fan, they brought one to my room almost immediately. There was also one occasion when the toilet got clogged, and the maintenance team fixed it very quickly. The only downside on the service side was that the front desk staff felt a bit cold and indifferent. Overall, it was an okay stay. The hotel is decent for the location, but the room comfort could definitely be improved.

地址方便，房間整潔，職員主動幫忙很貼心！一定會再來！

The room looks clean, however I felt itchy in bed during my 3 nights of stay. There was no charging port near the bed, and the sound insulation was soso, cos we could hear the door closing and people talking in the corridor. The Pros are the location is very convenient, 2 convenience right next to the entrance and just 3 mins walk to the myeongdong shopping street. Also within 6-7 minutes walk, you could reach to 2 subway stations (myeongdong and Euljiro) very convenience to get to Hongdae and seoul station.
