You can't help but notice the extremely helpful staff. Even when it seemed they were swamped with check ins or guest needing their attention, they actively lister to everyone and ensured we were OK.
As non Chinese speaking guests, they worked double hard to support us and you could see all the efforts...from translator apps to diagrams.
The breakfast was also very good... again with the courteous staff.
The rooms were clean and overall the price was very right. We got more value than we paid for. I highly recommend this hotel.
