"It was our Wedding Anniversary and we had a great time. The room was clean and inviting with bath robes unexpectedly provided. The air conditioning was on when we arrived. It maintained the room at an even temperature and was not too noisy in operation. A voucher was given for the food we purchased in the restaurant and the breakfast was outstanding for a free continental one. Apart form the usual fare sliced cold salmoln was on the menu, with a wide selection of fruits, yogurts and cake. The...
"This is a stellar property! The fellow who works there is pretty much responsible for everything and does a fantastic job - very personable, pleasant, and helpful. The room we wonderful and the balcony provided stunning views of the lake. The close proximity to the Balfour Golf Course is also a plus. I wouldn't hesitate to return back for another stay!"
"Kaylee went over and above to expedite the cleaning of our room so we could check in early due to illness. She was very friendly and professional in our dealings with her.
Our room had two double beds and very high quality linens. The toiletries offered were also of a high quality.
While our room faced the main road, we just wore ear plugs and they muted the sound very easily. The air conditioning unit worked very well and was quite quiet.
We will be staying here again on our return trip...

We did originally book seeing a picture of a pool that we thought would help our children burn off some energy after a long drive. Naturally, we were disappointed to find the pool filled in with rocks. The motel blames this inaccurate picture of a pool on this motel’s listing on Expedia and Expedia...
"This is a really nice property. A lot of work has gone into fixing up this old style hotel. The rooms are spacious. The balconies are huge as well. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good. The view of the lake was awesome. I would stay here again!"
