餐廳食物good 自助餐,早餐都不錯。 接待員工服務態度，熱城不及比泰國旅遊區好。 但其他員工還可以。 房間有怪怪的氣味， 露台項部聚集鳥及蝙蝠，夜晚會有聲，地板堆了dropping 但平日拾房並沒有清理⋯

Nice hotel with good view. It would be much better if the restaurants could provide more variety of food like burger, pizza.

The location is good and near to most of the food restaurant recommend by trip advisor. The staffs are very attentive to your needs. They got house cleaning for two times a day. They will prepare all the thing you need in their house keeping e.g. putting the anti mosquito candle and heater. You can even get the full set in room breakfast which included fresh fruits/juice/bread with different jams etc. if you are lazy to go out, you can make the order in boat restaurant and will deliver to your room. The spa shop is just downstairs and if you want to have a relax spa just one mins to go. If you want to have a yoga class, Dorothy is the best tutor and you can have the yoga class within hotel. The staffs will provide you the useful local information and they paid full attention on your needs and your schedule. A mobile phone will provide to you and you can call the driver to pick you up if you feel tired and don’t want to walk upstairs. It is a really wonderful experience. It worth for it!
