1. Bathroom had mould. 2. Almost impossible to make dinner reservations or get larger pesos changed to smaller pesos. 3. Hot foods, not always hot. 4. Staff excellent.

Very clean. Staff is all over and always ready to help. Great resort to stay if you want pre-planned activities or just lay on the beach. Highly recommend going to the pool party at the other hotel RIU Caribe

The resort and beach are beautiful! The staff was wonderful, so courteous and kind. The food was great! Each restaurant we ate it was delicious. We will definitely be back to this resort! Eladio in the dining room was fun every morning and afternoon and Cesar in the mixology class was great! And Cesar at Rosato was fantastic! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Staff were all helpful and kind; room was very clean and spacious; food was very good and well exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive; no blaring music at the pool; quiet at night when you wanted to relax; comfortable pool loungers and chairs were plentiful. We would definitely return!

Very clean and updated, Staff was very welcoming, food and drinks were prepared quickly and very delicious. The selection next door gave the opportunity to walk a larger family resort. The timeshare reps I only spoke to for about 5 min and there was no pressure.
