I barely slept soundly all night.The air conditioner kept automatically switching between hot and cold, so it was cold one moment and hot the next. When checking in, I explained how I had booked the room and that it included free parking, but the woman at the front desk who was processing my check-in still insisted that I needed to pay for parking. The front desk staff member who helped me check in told me that they don't offer free breakfast, even though my booking included it. Of course, that's fine; the overall stay was terrible anyway, so I didn't really care about the breakfast. I just wanted to check out. One positive thing, though, was that my daughter had a great time in the pool, and there was a hot spring pool, which I'd give five stars for.

My daughter celebrated her 16th birthday here. The room was clean, the pool was great, and everything was very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience for us.

The house keeper did not clean and provide supply every day, and the second morning around 5 am the fire alarm sounded, no any explain from front desk. The hotel price is good, and location is good distance.
