The restroom door would not shut. Also missing door handle. Hot water in shower not very hot. Just warm Lobby restrooms were dirty. Carpet in hallways were stained. The Lobby staff were just relaxing and hanging out on their phones In Lobby. I was expecting better from the reviews I read. ...

The staff was good , but the air conditioning was so loud and I couldn't open the windows , so I had to turn on the AC the whole time , I couldn't sleep from the loud sound of that
