The whole staff is great. The room was very cleaned and detailed. We felt very comfortable and want to comeback soon.

Staff was awesome and helpful

Room is very clean, check in staff very nice. I really love Planet Hollywood and its location. Only two things are not convienent is: 1) I wish the self service check in was working. Then I would have to wait in line so long to check in. 2) I wish the monorail station was closer to the hotel. Not much can be done about that.

Brand newly furbished huge suitr at stabdard price. Wow. Such an intetesting ground floor. We will staybthete again. Perfect and Expedia for booking is way to go.

The upgrade to a suite with a view of the Las Vegas strip that was definatly was something you will never forget the hotel staff were amazing everything we asked for they accommodated. It was a great holiday thanks especially. To the Crockfords hotel staff
