清潔一般，經常怱略細節位置，例如沒有清潔枱面，垃圾桶忘記套上膠袋，掛衣架部份木條有少破有木刺，廁所木趟門拉趟不順，不能完全關上。但酒店整體還是合格，泳池、按摩院、大堂、花園是非常好。

今次是第三次人住，亦是最不满意的一次，有阳台但是们不可开，冲凉花洒没热水，浴缸有热水没水力，办理入住女职工态度不友善

可以提早入住，房間整潔，但泳池太窄，只可以1个人游泳，附近多食肆，交通方便，早餐食物選擇多，可接受。

i love the whole experience, nice and sweet staff, small but clean pool, lovely breakfast. however, there is a big construction site outside of the hotel that made dusts flying every where. restaurants and massage can be found nearby. thanks for the upgrade btw~

Reception was nice and polite when check in and check out. However, the room was noisy, guests from next door just talking and shouting all nights, called reception to complaint but took at least half an hour to send some people in to ask them to quiet down. Restaurant staffs were un-polite.

房間跟設施比較舊，房間內有些空間被浪費有點可惜，員工都很友善，服務很好

整體服務質素很好、泳池乾淨、略嫌望地盆景差。酒店區大型商場欠奉，附近沒有什麼好逛。優點是十分近MRT站。旅客最好先弄清楚如何轉BTS缐。如果想寧靜舒適，這間酒店是可取的。
