Beds were uncomfortable and they use 18 x 18 throw pillows on the beds as well. Definitely not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement.

Room was not clean, especially bathroom, the elevators were down and we were on the third floor. Staff was not trained and had no clue what they were doing. Not great at all.
