Front desk staffs are very kind. Staffs at third floor restaurant are not up to Shilla standard. Breakfast overall was excellent. Coffee, however, needs to be upgraded. A few things in the room, need to be fully repaired.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

The location is excellent- you can travel to many different places very easily - walk, metro and bus.
This was my second time stay here. The staffs were very nice and helpful.

The staff were unhelpful when we asked for their help.
The rooms are not cleaned properly - they are not swept or hoovered properly, hair was still all over the floor.
Only 4 food items are available for in room dining.
The breakfast is in the basement so you're in a room with no windows.
Rooms were smaller and not efficient, no plug on one side of the bed. Bathroom door was broken when we arrived and it took over an hour to get fixed.
