I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. ..."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Price was great for the size of the room. The place was a bit old and the laundry room felt a bit dodgy, otherwise, the place was well-maintained and everyone was great. I would stay here again."
