Good for the prices. Reception needs to be honest I gave her cash for taxes but she didn’t give me change until I asked her. Didn’t tried their breakfast because it cost us about $40 for 4 guests so we went to high end restaurant and had fantastic breakfast for $30 so it’s not worth it. Hotel was OK

As a 5-star hotel, there are lots of improvements needed in this hotel. The room we stayed has strong paint smell. The wash sinks are easily clogged. The water temperature of shower faucet is so difficult to adjust, it’s either burning hot or too cold. It can’t stay at warm level. We reserve the stay in the hotel for a friend's wedding held in the same hotel. All the guests suppose to receive welcome basket but nothing was delivered to our room.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel At Palace. Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.

First floor, reception area is clean and beautiful, can't say the same about the room, outdated and smelly. Service was great.
