Difficult to find, once we actually found, staff were not warm and welcoming, rather robotic, not rude just very stiff.
Otherwise, clean, very close to airport and would stay again.

Outstanding hotel most worthy of 5 stars. The only disclaimer is construction of adjacent buildings, obviously outside of the control of this excellent hotel, could be noisy if you sleep past 8 AM. Otherwise most highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Sydney.
