The location to the airport is excellent but the reception staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and didn't even smile! Plus I'd booked a "Double Queen sized room - Superior" and the window looked out at a carpark and more rooms only! A miserable outlook, making me thankful that I was only staying over night to catch my next flight. The room was actually hot when I arrived, so I needed to turn the aircon on freezing/high - the room did cool fairly fast but surely they should have had this cooled before my arrival at 9pm at night! The condition of the room/amenities/cleanliness/other facilities, and particularly location to airport was great.

Not quite at a 5 Star level. The rooms are basic, with basic amenities, cleanliness was good, the rooms were tired. Where the property lacks is made up by the staff from the Bell Boys to the Reception, the customer service was excellent.

It was a great stay! Staff was amazing and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Breakfast can improve it was the same thing everyday, and it was cold. Other than that, it was a 5 star experience.

Awesome staff at Cordis, made the two day experience for my daughter amazing. Went out of there way to celebrate my little girl's birthday, thanks again crew 👍
