All staff were friendly- check-in and checkout was speedy and effortless. Facility was safe with plenty of security staff. Well maintained. Very large building with many amenities. The map includes at check-in was helpful.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Hotel was great and the staff was friendly. We were in the middle of the transition and Charles and his front desk staff helped out immensely. 5⭐️ We got off the cruise with 12 people and they had all our rooms available early. That was extremely helpful. We were all surprised to see the rooms were large and spacious. TV was on a swivel wall mount so we could turn it either way to watch. We got a King Bed Junior Suite with a Sleeper Sofa. Bathroom was very clean and stocked with all the amenities. Rooftop pool was clean and easy to get to. The ground level pool was quiet and more easily accessible. The only thing I was not prepared for was that Miami is extremely humid. That made everything feeling a little damp. It just took a few minutes to get used to it, then I couldn't feel the humidity any longer. Overall, I would definitely come back here the next time we're out in Miami.

The property was okay it's in a great part of the strip so it was convenient getting from place to place. But the thing i will note is during our stay the housekeeping was poor, during a 6 night stay our room only was cleaned twice and we never had the do not disturb sign on door so there was no reason they shouldnt have cleaned our room. I had to call the front desk to get them to come back and clean our room. The pool was nice during the hot days I will say that they close the pool at 6pm which during the summer I feel it should of at least been open until 10pm that's just my thoughts considering it's just so hot out. BUYERS BEWARE DONT ORDER ANY DRINKS AT THE POOL they are crazy expensive. I ordered a large Miami vice which is about the size of a regular solo cup and it was $44 US the seltzers are $14 US crazy prices i get we are in Vegas but those prices I cannot justify.
