That it doesn't tell you on the website there is no hotel parking and you have to pay extra to park as the parking garage isn't owned by the hotel.

I loved that this property is right next to pier 66. However the entrance and where my room was created a LOT more walking than anticipated. But, convenient and close walking distance for the city, dinner and stunning sunset. Location is great! What I didn’t like, to the point that I was disgusted by even being here, was the check in experience. I didn’t receive any VIP upgrades as Expedia advertised. And the young man was cutting me off, answering my questions (questions he thought I was asking) before I could finish my sentence. It was awkward, unprofessional and his attitude gave this place a trashy fast food vibe. He must think customer service is the customers job. I still have no idea how to access the whopping $25 VIP food credit, where the restaurant is, what time breakfast is and a few other questions but I will figure it out. I just knew I had to get away from him before I started showing him bad customer service (lol) Overall thoughts are.. half a thousand dollars per night? Nah, next time stay further away at a hotel I like and uber.

Very convenient to Pike’s Place, waterfront, and shopping!

I enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness. Rooms are too small for my preference.
