Room is clean and organized. Washroom and shower was great! Staff are helpful and nice. What I love with this property is that the distance from the beach and only exclusive for the hotel guests.

Not a large variety of breakfast, guest have to pay for certain kind of coffee like cappuccino or latte. They do not have irons in the rooms.

It was a good stay, however they delayed us during the checkin and this is a big no no, and they had to fix the hot water in our suite since it was not working.. then, something that needs to be pointed out is that the property was very far from the city center, so you were left with the only restaurant/s they had in their property and didnt have the option of chosing.

Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get.

Great breakfast and beautiful resort

The room was super clean. The staff was really wanting to help. Breakfast was amazing, I didnt expect the dining area to be so large and spread out. The casino was able to help with our lots of questions with it being the first time playing.

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was excellent—just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the nightly music, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere each evening. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, local eateries, shopping, bars, and nightclubs, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Safety is too notch, great food, kind and genuine staff, very clean property. It was worth every penny.

This is a five star stellar resort. Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return!

The room was small, but clean. The beds were quite comfortable and the room temperature was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. My fiancée and I really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and the delicious food they served.

Jasmin Hotel is a truely modern resort and the only one in the surrounding area,my family and I drove to Jawili beach resort and all the accommodation was run down and it was a sad site for anyone wanting a luxury experience for the family, close by is Jawili falls be sure to visit in the wet season or after there has been a period of good rain, Jasmin Hotel is great if you are doing a road trip as the modern resort allows the comfort needed before heading back on the road exploring the island again.
