Our room has a very nice view to the beach, its spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay, food is on the sweet side.
Location was central, can be very busy outside the hotel at beach.
Staff was okay. They forgot to give us our passport back (we travelled 24 hours to get to the hotel, I wasn't focus too), instead bring it to us, they told us to go down to get it.
I wanted to have a drink at the beach front restaurant to enjoy the sunset, it was 5.30pm, restaurant was empty, but they won't allow me to sit and purchase drinks unless I go for BBQ dinner option.

This is the most luxurious place we have stayed at and the staff was very attentive and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but it was an over-the-top experience overall.

unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. The Manager was clearly in control and professionalism shone throughout the entire complex. We would highly recommend
