The room was ok but it better was based on the price. The pool however wasn’t! Having a pool with weather temp in the middle of a San Jose tower means no one will use it. It should be a warmed pool cause otherwise it is there for decor.

Toilets on reception floor were full and blocked, room itself was dingy but sheets were clean. Staff was fine, breakfast quality was okay but not great. The price was not in line with the product really.

Friendly staff. Everything was great. The location is in an upscale business area. The is not for the party looker. The pools, gym, food ambiance was top shelf. The restaurants in the area and the mall made it even better. I Highly recommend this resort
