地點方便，床都舒適，三床房真的比較窄°房間服務快速。

I had a wonderful stay in lotte hotel Seoul. This is the first time I visit Seoul with my mom, and we both enjoyed the trip a lot especially the hotel staffs they are extremely helpful and so respectful to us in all aspect. Definitely recommended and no doubt will stay here again for my next visit.

The hotel is very near to Myeongdong Subway station and Myeongdong shopping area. The room is clean, and the hotel staff are very friendly and nice!

飯店就在南大門旁邊，步行往首爾車站或明洞都很方便。

酒店位置非常的方便，市區機場連接就在旁邊，步行數分鐘即可抵達。樓下是型商場，里面食肆，商店林立，甚至有圖書館，總之非常方便。房間的空間很大，有廚房和洗衣機，方便家庭入住。但清潔一般，第一天入住發現電話和浴缸有頭發，住了4晚，走的時間仍在，隔離浴室與浴缸的屏風很多霉菌，有點惡心。不是很新的酒店。

We stayed in a sea view room with an unbeatable view and a quiet location in a busy city. There is a convenience store downstairs, and there are many restaurants and cafes within a ten-minute walk. It takes ten minutes by taxi to Haeundae Pedestrian Street.

洗澡水溫、冷氣溫度穩定，房務員每天清潔房間，床也十分舒服 不過浴室門不能妥善地關上，會留有少少空隙 床邊只有一個插頭，而且有蓋，對於旅客使用轉插稍有不便，需要到書桌充電 USB充電孔不能充電 酒店樓下較多酒吧，人流較多

位置很好十分放便,房間環境衛生,空間大一般煮食工具及碗筷齊全又有微波爐,早餐有待改善
