Main Street Kid friendly Vacations

The only thing missing was a cup of coffee in the morning, but everything else about the property was good

Staff was great. Cleaning staff amazing. Room was weird. Bathtub in the middle of the room. Shower is out in the open too. Bathroom too small. Room very dark. Light switches were weird too...outside the bathroom. Cannot see them in the dark. For a luxury hotel, it was not that luxurious. Location was great. But would never stay here again.

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

The room needed a refresh. There were scuff marks on the walls, and the glass bathroom door handle was loose. Also, the sound insulation of the windows was not great- could hear traffic all night.

Every time I stay here it is a 10/10 experience. Staff are friendly, room has everything, clean, comfortable, and there many little surprise and delight moments.

Every single person was delightful and welcoming. The rooms and fitness center are spotless. The restaurant and room service is very nice.
