Went to check in with a line past the cafe , and 2 workers and all kiosks were seedling you to the line anyway, didn’t end up checking in because i would’ve been late to the 49ers and raiders game. Ended up changing in the bathrooms and ubering to the stadium. Got back at 1030/11 still took about 30 minutes. I was tired and exhausted from driving all day then walking all evening. Got to the room just for it to smell like cigarettes , stains on the walls , dirty shower glass and mirrors along with windows. It was already 11:45 about this time so I just didn’t complain since i wasn’t gonna be there much. Then my keys would not let me out of the parking garage . And i paid at least twice . Just a frustrating experience on my behalf …

Great hotel. I love theater it doesn’t have a casino. Pool is great, spa is the best one I’ve visited. Service was great from housekeeping to the wait staff to housekeeping.
