Excellent! The location, the apartment, amenities: all excellent. Best of all, if you pay for the breakfast, they’ll leave fresh bread hanging your door handle in the morning. Totally worth it! Plants breakfast was 2 oranges, 2 yogurts, sliced bread, ham, and cheese, jams, butter, and a whole red pepper.
Room was huge, clean, and everything was perfect.

The room itself was great. The service provided by one person at the front desk was below par. Not helpful and very poor communication about the possibility of an early check-in on the day we arrived. Had requested early check-in by email a week prior and requested again upon arriving early in the morning. Of course I understand if there is another guest staying that morning. That is not a problem. We were given no indication about timing of cleaning staff and were simply told it was anytime up to 3:00 pm. There was no service provided above and beyond in this regard, as there was no attempt to lift a finger to help us. I was very disappointed by this one person. Everyone else was great, and helped to preserve a 4 out of 5 rating for us.

The concern about getting one of the 16 parking spots when we returned from an outing impacted our decision to go out by car, not wanting to have to park a rental car two blocks away in an uncontrolled parking lot. Surprisingly, we were always able to park on the property.
