This property would get a 5 star if it would of provided not a 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash but seperate all 3. Conditioner is a must for the woman in my family.

Room is lovely, spotless and generous in size. Staff in the hotel are friendly and patient. The breakfast buffet is second to none.

We just finished an unbelievable time in Kuala Lumpur. The Face Suites was a solud part of our time there. The rooftop infinity pool was one of our favourite memories.

The hotel was OK. The lobby area was not that of a high end hotel. We were allowed to check in early which was nice. The only thing was the beds were a little too firm.

The rooms were great & the staff are very helpful & kind. I highly recommend this hotel, it was one of my best hotel stays.

The staff was Excellent. Accomodating and caring. Noel, one of the concierge staff, made our stay especially memorable. He had special cakes waiting in our room on several occasions and some speakers for my daughters phone. Vince, the other concierge was super helpful as well. Clarrisa at the breakfast reception was awesome and always made us feel welcome. All the staff was terrific, actually. The location is right on the free bus route that we always used to move around the area in combination tith the Sentosa Express and cable cars. They change the QR code for free travel on the Sentosa Express is updated every 3 days, so keep that in mind. Universal was great and the Oeanarium was well worth the entry fee. We will definitely be returning.

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean. While the water park is right next door, it was a shame the resort didnt have its own free pool to use anytime. Great location in that you are next door to a shopping centre , to meet most of your needs, and there is a free shuttle from that Centre to MRT stop.
