Everything was great.
Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit.

This was my second time. I love the service. Specially breakfast. We can get around the world food. Make fresh by chef. Very clean and fancy lobby. Room are big enough for international travelers. I lived alone and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Peaceful. Next to mall is my favorite. Staff makes me feel like I am home.
