⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸

Clean room, ease access to all transportations.

The room is very clean and spotless,. The housekeeper cleans room and changes the sheets every day. Front desk staff and the manager are very friendly. they offer help anytime I ask. I like the breakfast buffet.There is a lot of variety food that is very fresh. There is the staff who cooks on side as well . The location of the hotel is perfect. I can access public transportation at short walking distance. I can find a lot of different restaurants, shopping center at a few minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay. Silly.

The location is convenient and the view is wonderful. The interior of both the public areas and the room is beautifully designed. The breakfast offers many options with a nice environment.
