Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Location. Connects to everything. You can stay in Times Square and be connected but if you don’t want all the noise and light Grand Central is the best. Reasonable price and quiet. Yes there is more luxurious places or exciting but this is the place where you can be comfortable and let the city be the focus.

Nice hotel, had to switch rooms because of a broken tv but was quick to fix. The pillows were quite squishy and soft but the hotel was close to Times Square and had great accessibility.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend trying this hotel—the indoor pool was a plus with kids and service is impeccable.

Stayed here around Christmas and it was the quietest place I’ve stayed in the city. Easy instructions and had a smooth in and out. Room is pretty small but if you’re not planning on being in a lot it’s a perfect place to sleep and clean up. Very VERY quiet building and area. Perfect for me and my mom, would definitely stay again.
