San Fernando Valley Kid friendly Vacations

I had an issue checking in, it was difficult to get a response quickly. But overall, the apartment is very nice. We had a great stay regardless! The amenities are 5stars!

The rooms, facilities, location and amenities are all wonderful. Great property for families. The 4 stars is due to the lack of staff at times. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, during peak hours there were many tables that were not cleaned timely which left us waiting before we could sit. The same was true when attempting to get service poolside. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it just felt like they were understaffed. Would definitely return.

Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent.

They were very accommodating- we got a botttom floor as suggested because we have a little climber. The partial ocean view/ pool view was amazing! The fireplace by the pool was breathtaking facing the ocean sunset! We loved the location, my favorite by far! Beach, stores,shopping, restaurants, we didn't have to drive anywhere for 3 days! The parking is pricey but i guess thats CA for you! Clean rooms, microwave, fridge saved money for food so we just heated up leftovers from restaurants. Pool is heated and plush cumfy seating! Hot tub was so relaxing 😌 pool towels included in room, added bonus! We did have some issues with our room- bathroom door lock and tub drain didn’t work properly but they fixed it same day! TV Remote outdated and never worked right and no streaming apps, just tv but we had a tablet to watch our movie apps. We requested our trash taken out later in the day and some more coffee cups but no one ever came. Over all it was a great experience, hotel and location! Will definitely be back!
