Beautiful hotel and great customer service

The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. The property and rooms were very clean. I would definitely book again.

The coffee was good too! The area was very walkable, close to public transportation too. Parking costs were reasonable. Would stay here again!

I am under the impression that this is quiet possibly one of the finest hotels in all of America, being that it is the oldest, the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the facilities are clean, and the food is delicious! My only minor comment would by that of the bathroom sinks absurdly close relationship with the toilet. There is no way to sit on that toilet without feeling uncomfortable because there is no space to the right of the toilet for a human body to comfortably sit.

Conveniently located in Beverly

This was such a fun location and a great way for people to share a room and save some money in downtown Boston. We loved the experience, the hotel, and the staff. 10/10. Would stay here again!

The room was very basic, but a large tv was nice and the city view was pretty. Crappy water pressure in the shower. No robes and slippers as described on website. That was disappointing. Pool and hotub were the nicest part. Breakfast was super expensive, but had great food. Still, wouldn't stay here again for the price. It just did not live up to the expectations we had of a highly priced hotel.
