I was given a room for handicap access and it was not what I had booked. I spent one night at that room then requested and was granted a more comfortable room for the second night of my stay. I'm not sure if the hotel or Expedia is to blame here.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was iffy. Hair in the shower, mold and mildew walls in the bathroom, and the toilet seat had a strange residue on it. :-(
