Best thing about this hotel is the location; is is the heart of Shinjuku with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores all around it. Transportation options are also excellent with a subway and a train station within walking distance. The hotel itself is good, but the standard rooms are small as is the case with most Japanese hotel rooms but it is very clean.

Great location near a train station and has a shuttle service to the disney parks, buffet breakfast was nice, some lines to get into lifts but manageable

Great location, easy to get around and close to a lot of shopping and dining. My only complaint is the room we got smelled of smoke.

This hotel is a bit old school but i love how they have so much to do. There’s a pool and a spa and also a seven eleven inside the hotel which gives easy access to late night food and snacks. Overall a lovely environment with friendly staff.

Loved the hotel property, environment, and hotel room. Didn't get the chance, but would try out some of the restaurants that were under the hotel.
