Staff were helpful and kind

The lounge at 47the floor was an interesting experience. The gym room was way too small for such a big hotel. Breakfast was kids friendly and kids were happy. Big plus for firm mattresses . We’re so happy Huge advantage of individual beds for a long stay

Second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Best hotel & close by to main areas and subways

Staff, AC, and breakfast was excellent. However, we booked bay club room for 3 nights, breakfast was fine either at the lounge or downstairs buffet, the cocktail hour is a different story. Available non alcoholic drinks was excellent with many choices, but the food items at cocktail hour were exactly the SAME for all 3 nights. I would recommend changing at least one item for each night so that guest that are staying multiple nights won't get bored with cocktail hour food.

朝食のビフェットで 小皿の多い日本食にトレーがなくてテーブルに運ぶのが不便だったので グランドスタッフに頼んでトレーを特別に貸してもらいました。ビフェットにはトレーがないと不便だと思います。 部屋がコンパクトで 大きなスーツケースの開け閉めがかなり大変だった。 バスルームのシャワーヘッドの水圧が強くて気持ち良かったです。 お部屋から景色が素敵でした。
