Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. Clean and spacious apartment, great for large groups. We loved supporting the recovery of Biltmore Village, so we understood that repairs were in process. We had bugs in the kitchen which needs attention, the only drawback.
